Used to answer you and nothing else. Leave it blank to stay anonymous.
What gets sent with this Valise filled these in so you don't have to. Edit or clear anything you'd rather not send — the report goes through either way.
That is the whole list. No username, no Cloudflare account, bucket or file names, no share link, no identifier — two reports from the same device cannot be linked to each other.

Prefer a public issue?

If you have a GitHub account, the public tracker is an option too: your report is visible to everyone, other users can add context, and you can see when a fix ships. Leave share links and passwords out of it. For anything you would rather not post publicly, email support@mgcrea.io.
